Update On The Appeal of the Canal Grading Permit

We have officially filed our appeal in State District Court. This filing marks the first of what will likely be several submissions to the court as we move forward with our case. We expect this appeal to take several months, but with additional insights and lessons learned from the JeffCo Board of Adjustment meeting, we are optimistic for our success!
